We try to make every effort to cancel a customers order if they contact us before the order is Packaged and shipped, How ever if the order has been shipped we can not cancel the order until items are returned to our company return shipping charges on canceled orders are the responsability of the customer any canceled orders will be refunded minus the shipping charges We the company paid plus a 10 % restocking fee.Once we the company have received the unopened item back.
